Monthly retainers may be cancelled with 30 days notice; the current billing period is non-refundable once work has commenced. For fixed-scope projects, the advance is non-refundable after kickoff; remaining milestones are billed only as delivered. If we fail to deliver a paid milestone, you are entitled to a full refund of that milestone within 30 days. Refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 7–10 working days.
